The court judges are too arrogant. Who voted them into their office? Who commisioned them? As far as I can remember, government is duly elected, but judges are not. So, where is their commision coming from? Anyway, governments are elected to be accountable to voters. Judges are just umpires. It's voters that count. Most government decisions are in their nature political - if they weren't, we could just have judges appoint governments...
