She had no business being there, butting into other country's affairs. Were it the U.S. she probably would have been far worse off-shot by a sniper as she was not supposed to be where she was. RC was a stupid young woman who most definitely was where she did not belong. A closed military zone is exactly that - civilians, especially foreigners, unwelcome and at risk. She foolishly chose to hurl herself in front of the bulldozer. Her death is her own responsibility, shared by the nefarious group she willingly joined.
