Anat Kam is an idiot idealist who abused her position which allowed her access to these documents but its even more important to charge Blau to send a message to other journalists that freedom of the press has its limits and those include publishing STOLEN classified documents. I hope some action will also be taken against Haaretz for publishing Blaus stories which they knew was based on stolen military documents.

If such an incident happened in America, say a secretary in the Pentagon or the CIA were to leak thousands of top-secret documents to a journalist, who would flee the country and then publish some lesser-classified details of a few of those documents, on a feature story dealing with US targeted killings in Iraq - would they be charged with espionage, or treason?
