1. Dried guava would be nutritious, too, since freeze dried
fruits retain 97% of their nutritional value. Frozen fruits and vegetables retain about 67% of their nutritional value which is the loss of a third of the value. I eat freeze-dried fruits every day in iced tea. Adding freeze dried guava will be a delight. The ones I already eat are banana chips, mango slices, blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple pieces. A little bit of each is a nutritional snack.
