Well,I can suggest a solution;the Egyptian government should withdraw its support for the PA position. As long as Abbas and his PA cronies feel that they have the support of parties who'll pressure Israel,they'll remain intransigent and refuse to negotiate in good faith and without preconditions. That's the mistake that Obama made and killed the 'peace' process stone dead.I have a feeling that the Egyptian government sees a continuation of the conflict as being in its own interests and will do anything to frustrate progress.
