Any Jewish site in PA territory will be destroyed or in the very Jews will be forbidden access. This was the case of the Western Wall from '49 to '67 and that is the state of Joseph's Tomb and the Shalom Al Yisrael synagogue in Jericho. There are many other archaelogical sites also where access is so restricted as to be effectively forbidden to Jews. The only way to ensure access to Jews is complete control by Israel of the area the site is located in.

I think UNESCO is wrong but is the sites in Israel or just under Israel's current control? They are both still Jewish heritage sites, just not in Israel proper, atleast currently which many hope to change soon. Muslims must also agree to share the Temple Mount with other religions if true peace is to be achieved.
