According to all international laws the land west of the Jordan belongs to us period. The Arabs have not a single legal claim to any of the land. Because we were given the land according to several treaties, including the UN Charter it was not taken by us. When you regain your own territory during a war - this is called liberated, not taken. It being our territory in the first place, the Geneva Convention does not apply at all. That is the real issue I have with what you posted.
