We saw it with the Intifada that was claimed to be "spontaneous" only to be told it was planned 2 years ahead of time. We saw it with the lynching of two reservists who fled to a PA police station and within 15 minutes, 100 people arrived outside to break the door in. Arabs MKs and Salah can quickly gather Israeli Arabs to create a violent mob scene in less than an hour. A'jad in Tehran does it, Nasrallah in Beirut, etc. - and they all pretend it was the "people's decision" to suddenly riot. How is this any different? In any tight neighborhood, you just need one kid running through the street like a Town Crier and you'd have your mob...guaranteed!

You should know that the League of Nations set up the British mandate for Palestine in order to reconstitute the Jewish homeland in the WHOLE of Palestine. This is also binding under International law. Never mind that Britain illegally cut off most of the mandate and created Transjordan. That still leaves everything west of the Jordan river. So if you accept that Gibraltar is British you have to accept that Judea and Samaria are part of Israel. As to gaining territory by war, that only applies to an aggressive war and not a defensive one. This is also a principle in International law and it makes sense because otherwise the loss of territory would never be an aggressor's fear and that's just nonsense.
