These topics have 19 years of not being solved because the Palestinians can not make a deal and enforce it. If these are the commitments then what is there to negotiate?

Journalist Uri Elizur has already predicted what will happen. Obama will give Netanyahu meaningless guarantees to negotiate borders first, and all other issues (status of Israeli Arabs, status of Arabs who insist on immigrating into Israel) will be discussed after. Once the borders are agreed upon, Abbas will withdraw from the talks, declare a state in the agreed upon borders (it will be recognized) and then call for foreign military presence (probably Turkish, but also Jew-hating countries like Norway) to ethnically cleanse his territories of Jews. He will then launch the next war to force Israel to accept unlimited Arab immigration.

Tomer you are mixing final status with prerequisites. At the start of the freeze he only demanded any freeze in the west bank, now he wants all of the difficult final status issues guaranteed to be solved in the 90 days. How can he let alone Obama guarantee that these will be solved in 90 days?

If israel commits to this 3 month freeze and it doesn't do anything, then what are the options from there, as this one guarantees no further freezes and also assures that america veto's any attempted UN resolutions for uniliatiral state.
