Sue the magazin and the individual journalists. Make them 'prove their claims. Let them put their money where their mouth is. I agree with #4! Yitzhak La'or, for one, should be challenged to prove his claims. He should be required to document the "dozens" of villages that have been "starved" . Not a lawyer but I'm sure the statements the article cites from the magazine are surely libelous, pure and simple and as such, are actionable under law. I wonder how many of the peple making these statements have ben to Israel. As for Israelis jaumping on the "I hate Zionism, I hate Israel" bandwagon, they are even worse. US Supreme Court decision apply only in America. This magazine is British and subject to their laws which are not necessarily the same. I don't know if it applies in the UK, but in the US you can't be sued for having an opinion, even if it is patently false.

British Jews were lucky enough not to get a taste of the Nazi's , down the line I believe this has had a direct effect on their attitude toward Israel, this is especially true of many of the upper middle class.Britsh Jews who believe through the generations as they have educated and prospered they have become part of the fabric of British society and would look upon Israel in a very English cucumber sandwich non Jewish way.
