Your apology is sincere and phrased well. That was the right thing to do. I haven't read the 30 talkbacks (as of this writing) yet, but before I do, I want to say that as someone who believes in the Bible, I would never use it to justify mistreating anyone. I will also say that why I read Ynet and JPost is because I believe the Bible is literally true. I believe the parts that say G-D gave the Promised Land to His people, the children of Israel, also the parts where people prophecied that G-D would bring the children of Israel back to that same Promised Land. The articles here in Ynet show we are at a momentous time in the history, not only of the Jewish family, but of the family of humankind. This might have been asked in prior talkbacks, but Prof Harel, do you believe the Bible is true?
