If private dissent does not have any effect, then it is imperative to take one's (case or) dissent to the public. Most understand, "I was following orders" is not justifiable when the order or the policy is wrong. Those who are "team players" at the expense of conscience and right are more often than not SELL-outs.

Why does Likud tolerate Bibi? Bibi lacks the courage to stand up for Israel. Moreover, he can't win elections. In the last election, Bibi blew a huge lead over Kadima to lose to it. Bibi was more concerned over defeating Feiglin than Kadima. In the previous election, Bibi took Likud from 48 seat Knesset dominance to 12 seat rump party status. Enough is enough! It's time to replace Bibi. Bibi is utterly unfit to lead Likud and Israel.

The PM should learn from the mistakes made by Barak and Sharon in the past and NOT repeat them. He should also stay away from meeting with Obama or Hillary. He should only send his Ambassador to meet with those officials. Why expose yourself to their one-way lecture, indoctrination, and manipulations? Iisraelis should not make the mistake of jumping to livni or mofaz for more of olmert's policies. They have to pick a tough nationalist with some fell for the military and geography. Above all, he or she should not fear blood or casualties like olmert who was petrified or then you get into the shalit problem. Finally, Israelis should be wary of some fancy journalist candidate with all kinds of theories which will likely crash against arab rocks.
