1. No I.D.F. service should mean the draft
jason white ,   afula,israel   (11.18.10)
dodgers go to prison for three times the years they should have served, plus another year. They should lose all rights as full citizens and not be allowed to attend institutes of higher learning. Even marriage and an infant should not be an excuse to avoid serving. Either everyone serves or no one serves!
2. No service - no vote
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (11.18.10)
I do not feel that those that do not give their time to support Israel should have any say in how the country is run. Military or National Service should count for something. No government jobs for those that don't serve either.
3. To jason from Afula
Nora Tel Aviv   (11.18.10)
Do the dodgers of secular Tel Aviv and religious Bnei Beraq make you feel freier ? Probably you are. It`s just because you are not egostic enough like a Tel-Avivian, nor rabbi-abiding one like a Bnei-Beraqian dodger. Keep serving .
4. Support the draft dodgers
john doe ,   Tel Aviv   (11.18.10)
Any one who refuses to serve has my full support keep it up,the system will change in the end
5. Time to make Haredim serve
Alexander ,   NJ, USA/Israel   (11.19.10)
Unless they are trying to bring back the Palestinian Jews then what's the point of their Torah study. Do they even become Rabbi's? It's only three years and they can study Torah when possible during their service and after. They would probably make excellent soldiers too.
6. 70 percent is good.
Daniel   (11.26.10)
Would be nice if it's higher. But I think it's more a sign of luxury then a danger. The answer depends on if you think Israel can afford it.
