31. It is true about the young Tel Avivans
Nora Tel Aviv   (11.24.10)
. The young upscale Tel Avivians abhorr anything that keeps them from earning well and enjoying well. National duties? They are no friers. Besides, there are so many other people for that. Ugly but true.
32. dear ariella ringel
Eyal ,   Tel-Aviv   (11.24.10)
i am from tel aviv, and i served in a combatant unit,. my brother is serving in a combatant unit. 3 cousins of mine that live in tel aviv served in a combatant unit!!!!!!! dear ariella ringel, you really should specify who is part of that 30% you talk about. haredi people, or Muslims and Christians who dont go to the army also count as people who live in tel aviv. and what about the illegal immigrants? you should learn to asses the real problem, not trash talk about people you envy.
33. Soldiers deserve compensation
Z Lando ,   Tekoa, Israel   (11.25.10)
Give IDF soldiers free education, housing benefits, real pay job offers... I have been saying this for years!
34. Id rather pay for Haredim
Nimrod Tal ,   Jlem, Israel   (11.26.10)
than subsisidize Israel hating psycho draft dodgers. WE benefit from the prayers of Haredim, but not from the actions of Olmerts sons, who live in paris and new york
35. Draft-dodging
yosef ,   Israel   (11.26.10)
As revealed by Aluf Y. Stern (Red.) the Defende Department publishes two enlistment lists, one ranking cities and one ranking schools. There are four influences upon a young person to serve: his peers, his parents and his school. Schools that do a better job in influencing their students to serve should be reawarded and conversely, schools that do a poorer job should be penalized. Isn't education towards fulfillment of one's civic duty part of the curriculum? In addition to the publication of the city list, newspapers should carry the rabnking of schools.
36. Tel Avivians are thought to beleive....
Nora Tel Aviv   (11.26.10)
...in money, not in something else. Ther homes and schools try to provide them access t the necessary professions for that.
