Much like the warped Hebrew version printed last night the basic facts of the story have been totally glossed over. The Arab family that "resided" in the home were illegal squatters that rushed the home to not allow the Jewish owners access. The case was brought before the courts, it was proven that the Arabs never lived there nor owned the property. This is ridiculous manipulation of facts to suggest the Arab family were ever rightful owners. Shame on you Ynet!

Possible why it was in court for 5yrs until the owner died. Owner was trying to return money and get out of sale, since he was pay the full amount yet, the rest of money will now go to his estate, since court transferred the title before a probate court could rule.

Why is the reporter writing such a baised, one-sided article with minimal information?
It sounds like these "Jews" forced out "poor Arabs" from their home: the truth is that they legally purchased the apartment from a company who legally purchased it from an Arab years ago.
The Arabs living in this apartment were actually illegal squatters and, even after many requests to leave (both verbal and written) were given ample time to remove themselves but didnt.
SOME honest reporting WOULD be nice, if you please.

Jews to refrain from acquiring real estate in Jerusalem and realizing their acquisitions is pathetic. Only people who don't want to see an accommodation of peaceful between Arab and Jew, between the Muslim-Arab world and the nation-state of the Jewish people, Israel, would stand against having Jews refrain from buying real estate in Jerusalem and moving into the houses that they acquired.
