Iran has many other enemies so Israel has no reason to solo this out with Iran. Saudi arabia hates Iran almost as much as Israel does as well as USA, UAE, India, South korea, Germany, France and many more. As for Israel is nothing without america I'll say this: It was pretty much true in the past but it didn't matter because as part of the cold war Israel and USA were practically the same faction. Today Israel's ties with US are still strong but Israel has many other alternatives that include mainly India but also smaller countries like Germany, Holland, Geogria and more. Not to mention Israel's growing ties with one of USA's most hated competitor CHINA. If this continues Israel's ties with china and/or India will completely replace USA.
