Seriously folks get real, this is a good man and he made a good fight in the courts. I think it's stupid to make such laws since the land in Israel belongs to the state anyway and everyone is basically leasing their property for 99 years or however long the contracts are. Communities need to develop naturally and based on their own needs and not an imposed direction from the government. We don't need another Stalinist government like we lived under in the USSR, seriously Jews snap out of it.

...That means the majority - just - of this country's citizenry, need to watch out. It isn't that they woiuldn't go and live in a Chabad community, but that Chabad and its friends want to turn all of Israel into a Chabad community. Then what would happen to Israel's Arabs and Israel's Reform Jews?

to make our society homogeneous we need to make Jews enjoing equal rights with Arabs. That mean: polygamy for all citisens and social support of 2th, 3d, ... and to 5th wifes, as they have now in Israel, if every citisen is equal,Arabs should pay TAX as are Jews paying all the time, pay municipal expences as every Jew is paying, do the national service, donate their time to the society and do not cry all the time that they are discriminated. In Israel Jews are discri minated , but not Arabs as media put it all the time.
