1. Vanunu?
Dr. Z ,   NY USA   (11.30.10)
Mr. Vanunu was imprisoned for many years, and is still effectively under house arrest, to prevent leaks. Why shouldnt those journalists and others who disclose sensitive information risk similar incarceration?
2. No Surprises
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (11.30.10)
This is one of the biggest non-stories of the year. None of this means anything since stuff is said all the time by all sorts of people - and then they deny it or modify it or say it was out of context, etc. It is stupid for the media to play this up since, in the end, things will return to normal in a few days anyway and nothing will change (except a few directives from the State Department to "watch what you write!"). Basically, my reaction to all this is "eh" and "who cares?".
3. Actually, WikiLeaks positive for Israel
Terry ,   Eilat - Israel   (11.30.10)
All in all, the information contained in WikiLeaks has been pretty positive for Israel. Israeli positions have been vindicated & even better, are now given wide exposure even in the usually anti-Israel media. Some Israeli politicians have been shown to be total idiots (Livni, for example but we knew she was an idiot). All the American ''experts'' that advised Obama on his anti-Israel policies have been shown up as clueless morons. I think that much of the noise about WikiLeaks has more to do with politicians bruised egos at being shown to be duplicitous, clueless, inept, & just plain dumb.
4. More & more Americans are getting to know Israel...
Edithann ,   USA   (12.01.10)
And it's not a pretty picture...there is more anti-Israel feeling now amongst Americans then there has ever been...all the money Americans have spent on Israel has been a 'blot' on America and every Americans... I'm all for accountability and reparations.... TATA
