As a former combat officer with a lot of experience working withArmy JAG investigating and prosecuting atrocities, I believe, based on the facts of the case, there was no basis for charging the IDF soldiers with anything. My only complaint against the IDF is that in attempting to be “the most humane army in the world” they often cost the course lives of IDF soldiers in their efforts to spare civilian casualties. My experience in Jenin indicated that approximately 20 IDF soldiers died unnecessarily since the IDF elected to utilize frontal assault rather than aircraft or heavy weapons. Being “politically correct” does not win recognition from the world community. But it does create, in your enemies the belief that you have no resolve.

The whole process including "sentence" for the solidiers and deal with "prosecution" plus TB # 1-4 show two things: 1) What means Jewish superiority (one could call it arrogance) 2) Why so many people worldwide "loves" Israel.
