I don't recall reading derogatory talkbacks about Yishai being a Jew. The talkbacks merely state the obvious and that is that Eli Yishai, haredi or not, is an incompetent loser of a man - but we all know that, it’s public knowledge. He prefers to see millions of shekels channeled into Yeshivas, the laziest good-for-nothings in this country. You know, the ones that lie about the number of students to get extra funds and guess what, Eli Yishai bends over backwards to accommodate them. From one Jew to another, Eli Yishai is a loser and he needs to step down and let someone with a set of cast iron balls take over. He has never had the good of the entire country at heart – only the good of the Haredim. If he was really THAT concerned about the country’s infrastructure and our firefighters having sufficient equipment and funds, he would have threatened to leave the coalition as a protest, just like he does when the Haredim are refused money – but he didn’t – he didn’t try at all. So a single corrupt Yeshiva management now means that all Yeshiva students are corrupt money-grubbers - and that Yishai is one as well. And along the way, you pretty much said that Yishai stole money from firefighters to give to Yeshiva students - as many others sadly have. As for bending over backwards... yes, he does. They're his electorate. That's what every party does as part of its prancing about in public to show that it (supposedly) goes ahead with the election promises - every party does it. But there's a major difference between what's reported in the papers and what's done in private - Shas' MK Atias conducted extensive reforms during his time as Minister of Communications, and they got very little media attention, for example. I'd wait and see what an actual investigation reveals, myself. If Yishai failed his obligations, then your form of accusation is just playing into his hands - you're not attacking him personally, you're attacking him based on his religious affiliation, and he can wave that around as persecution.

1. I have read that that the ratio of fire man to population should be 1 in 1000 or 2000. In Israel it is 1 in 10,000. This did not happen under Yishai's watch it was inherited. Everyone one before has a responsibility here. 2.Yishai has stated catagorically that he requested more funding fpr the fire service and was turned down by the treasury. 3. And don't be disgusting and vile to suggest the funds went to religious areas only, 95% of funding goes elsewhere. 4. I challange you to find any examples of dishonesty on the part of Yishai. Forget 3rd rate innuendo and anti Shas gossip. Give us the meat if you have it. One need only look at Shas leaders to show our children who bad people behave. Last week a Shas MK suggested that haredim work for a living. Eli Yishai erupted with such ugly comments (giving us examples of motzi shem ra and lasha hara at the same time) that my kids wondered who this guy was and was he really a rabbi (since their rabbis at school never talk with such hatred).
