1. that purple logo looks like "milka" !
eporue ,   europe   (12.12.10)
they might wish, that their stuff would be as good...
2. Besides myself with happiness!
Talula ,   Israel   (12.12.10)
Cadburys chocolate is infinitely better than Elite and I’m besides myself with joy at the prospect of not waiting for someone to visit me from the UK so I can get my hands on some. Elite have waffers waffers and more waffers - all the same stuff with different names - come people! Those Elite follk lack imagination when it comes to chocolate bars and snacks - There are so many things that chocolate can cover - not only waffers!
3. Can't Wait!
David ,   Northern Israel   (12.12.10)
I have to get my Cadbury's chocolates posted. Elite's chocolates are not worthy of standing in the shadow of Cadbury's. Bring on the real deal!
4. The real thing is Belgian Chocolate
Anthony ,   Tel Aviv   (12.12.10)
not that vegetable oil laced with cocoa powder... ;-)
5. weird looks like milka purple cow,

6. Shoe Elite what chocolate should be like!
Jonny ,   Tel Aviv   (12.12.10)
Elite chocolate is appalling - all the wrapping is the same and the chocolate has no taste. Cadburys is king, my only worry is the last time they imported Cadburys it was not UK production but South African, it did not have the same taste. Either bring it from the UK Cadburys plant or not at all.
7. elite is rubbish
zionist forever   (12.12.10)
Cadbury really does make the best chocolate on the market I think and Elite is horrible and cheap. Whenever somebody from the UK comes to visit I always ask them to bring me some Cadbury chocolate. If Cadbury can make a dent in the elite monopoly maybe it will encourage elite to make better chocolate of their own so they can better compete.
8. Cursed good chocolate that
Cameron ,   USA   (12.12.10)
My British brother-in-law got me hooked on Cadburys, and it's always a real pleasure to raid his pantry, and find a bar or two on the shelf. You can have that dark Belgian version, #4.
9. CADBURYS ALWAYS WELCOME
LAWRENCE ,   SAFED ISRAEL   (12.12.10)
I could kill for a creme egg or turkish delight or all cadburys chocolate.Elite often tastes like cardboard..
10. YES!!!!
Adam ,   Ramat-Gan   (12.12.10)
As a British ex-pat, this is amazing news. Cadbury products are far better than Milka or anything else....
11. A household name
Reuven ,   Israel   (12.12.10)
Since I was a kid in SA Cadbury's was a household name, and it's crazy that Elite was allowed to push Cadbury's off the shelves. The best chocolate, as far as I'm concerned. We live in a global village - competition is the only game in town.
12. Cadburys sold out
rom ,   israel   (12.13.10)
Earlier this year Cadburys was acquired by Kraft Foods USA in a hostile takeover resulting in the closing of factories and the loss of hundreds of British workers' jobs. Still want to support Cadburys?
13. CHOCOLATES
COLIN   (12.13.10)
Who needs these cowardly anti semite british sweets. What will thier arab friends say?? Will the arabs boycott cadbury??? Let cadburt stay in england.
14. Don't forget to bring us Caramilk bars
Dov ,   Negev   (12.13.10)
Really miss those yummy (Kosher) Caramilk bars from Canada. Cadbury - don't back down from competing in Israel. The days of the one horse town here are over. I stopped buying chocolates the minute Elite asserted its monopoly here and raised prices. But I'm ready to indulge in a reasonably-priced chocolate as soon as the market opens up again.
15. #13
Ronnie ,   Israel   (12.13.10)
Think again about calling Cadbury "anti-semite British sweets". Cadbury was taken over by Kraft Foods USA, whose CEO is Irene Rosenfeld, a Jew.
16. Protest Globrands to Cadbury
Nahum Litwin ,   Kfar Saba, Israel   (12.13.10)
As delicious as Cadbury's chocolates are, Globrands -- its Israeli distributor -- is contributing to disease and death through its distribution of multiple cigarettes brands. Join the growing movement of Israelis who are opposed to cigarette sales!
17. to #13 The paranoid Jew
Ariel ,   Tel Aviv   (12.14.10)
Check who owns the company first!!! Think, before you write...Anyways is only CHOCOLATE!!!
18. to #16
freda ,   israel   (12.14.10)
you took the words right out of my mouth, Golbrands imports and distributes cigarettes, how yucky is that? Ban Golbrands in Israel. Maybe some other distributor could bring Cadbury's yummies to us (not that I propose anyone should overdo the chocolate binge either). Did everyone notice that chocolate produced by Cadbury for Israeli consumption will be produced in Turkey. How ironic it all is.
19. Cameron , if you prefer this stuff
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (12.14.10)
above Belgian chocolate , you show how your taste is , take your burgers and shut up about good food . Anthony is right , comparing Cadburry to Belgian chocolate is the same as comparing water to [ true ] champain .
20. #13 even chocolate is anti Semite?A dog growled at me, obvi
(12.14.10)
Obviously anti semite dog
21. More chewing gum?
Glen ,   Israel   (12.14.10)
Oh no, more attractive women (and men, but women chew more) making themselves hideously ugly by chewing the stuff with mouths wide open showing the mush inside. Maybe a good advertising campaign showing REFINED ways of chewing without looking like cows (or monkeys) will help stop this horror.
