1. Question.
Jules   (12.15.10)
At the time of the fires PM Netanyahu and FM Lieberman were arranging domestic and international effort to put down the disaster. What was Ms Livni doing at that time ? How was she helping the nation ?
2. Let my people be free,,,,
yank oldman ,   israel   (12.15.10)
in comparison, the world is suffering a similar disposition, humanity held hostage by dogma, racism and fundamentalism, let the light shine on in amongst this den of vipers until Darth Vader redeems himself ..
3. What did Hillary offer her if she got her Party into Governm
Alan ,   SA   (12.15.10)
4. hypocrite
nadav ,   tlv israel   (12.15.10)
everything she said about Bibi and his government she can say about herself and her previous government. Who resigned from Kadima's cabinet after the glaring failures of both the Lebanese war and the Gaza war? NO ONE! Kadima's last government also caved into ultra-orthodox extortion; she can't claim that under Kadima's government there was no government money or army exceptions handed to the Haredim, can she? NO! If Livni truly believed she is surving the people, then she would offer Bibi to replace Shas with Kadima and take their ministries. A grand coalition of Labor, Kadima, Israel Beitenu, and Likud could revolutionize Israel, they can abolish all policies favorable to Haredim; perhaps they could even separate religion from state once and for all, or at the very least, break the unholy Orthodox monopoly of State religious institutions. Unfortunately, Livni's ego is the way and she doesn't have the guts or humility to take such a historic step to forming a grand coalition.
5. Livni voted against a firefighting air squadron in 2002
How soon she forgets   (12.15.10)
She voted against a firefighting air squadron when she was a minister in the Sharon government, a squadron which could have helped put out the Carmel fire.
6. We don't need a commission of inquiry
Noodles ,   Coney Island   (12.15.10)
to figure out that Giveret Livni is little more than a windbag and quite an unworthy opposition leader. Kadima deserves her.
7. LIVNI: If what you say is true
Israeli 2   (12.15.10)
I welcome it much more than being captured by you and your ilk.
8. MK Livni: There can be no peace until Messiah comes.
Rivkah   (12.15.10)
9. Is she going to be our " Jeanne d' Ark "
josef   (12.15.10)
When is someone going to tell her to shut-up, once and for all, Or give her a sword ....!
10. Our quandary...
A Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (12.15.10)
Bibi is so busy protecting his seat as PM that he is opening the door to a totally theocratic nation rather than a democracy. His avoidance of support for the soldiers conversion bill is shameful. OTOH I have no use for Lieberman. While Livni is correct in this instance what she is really doing is laying a base for the next elections - Kadima and Israel Beitanu, not a pretty prognosis...
11. Livni - The pot calling the kettle black!
Spencer ,   Israel   (12.15.10)
Livni is simply clutching at straws. She's a complete failure and her performance overseas in talk shows with our enemies shows just how dangerous she is for Israel. She won't be the next head of Kadima because the majority of the party have seen through her. The sooner she goes, the better.
12. LIVNI IS IRRELEVANT
tony ,   nigeria   (12.15.10)
Livni is irrelevant and in the oblivion. She is deluded and just want to be heard. Please ignore her and her master/mistress Obama and Clinton. ISRAEL REMAINS UNITED AND ONLY ONE
13. Relentless stupidity
Brian ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (12.15.10)
Livni is such a complete ass, one has to wonder, who her advisers are? They seem to think it is political brilliance for this hag to make a fool of herself and Israel on a daily basis. If I voted for Kadima or was a member of that party, I would be completely ashamed. How she possibly thinks new elections will lead to her being PM is just beyond reason. If she even survived primaries, than Kadima would lose big come elections. What a bunch of overpayed, destructive, fools Kadima are. It's completely impossible at this point to take any memer of Kadima seriously, the opposition is simply pathetic. Likud is not much better, but by comparison, they come out looking truly stellar. What a mess this country is.
14. And what is Tzipi captive of?
Susie ,   Nitzan 2, Israel   (12.15.10)
Just out of curiosity is Tzipi that independent and high-minded as she claims to be. She is a captive of mediocrity.
15. Livni proves her brother got all the family's brains.
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.15.10)
Livni is getting desperate and it shows. She expected Bibi's government to tumble in a hurry but it's stronger than ever. She is dying to be P.M., but her own shrinking party is increasingly fed up with her. Most feel Shaul Mofaz should be it's leader. So Livni constantly spills her bile at Bibi. Her criticism is never thoughtful and always hypocritical and stupid. Her only message is of lunatic appeasement. LIvni prove only one thing. Her brother got all the family's brains. He had the sense to publicly urge Israelis to vote Likud.
