I certainly don't like the Iranian government and if the blast killed a bunch of pro-Ahmadinejad politicians I'd be saying right on. But this is a bomb that just killed a bunch of people in some town. There's nothing to cheer about. This is sad and it's no better than the bombings against Israel. It is important to note though, that the only cheer on the Israeli side is on a few talkbacks on an online news article, whereas the cheer on the side of enemies of Israel takes place in the streets and in huge rallies whenever innocent Israelis get killed. One of the many reasons I love Israel.

Hence, the reason the Intl Laws of war make the difference between "accidental" in a war, and "purposeful" through an act of terrorism. every religion has its few outliers who make mistakes... the Muslims have plenty, the Jews have a few.. and the Catholics have more skeletons in their closet then any. If the talkbacks on Ynet over the years have taught me anything it is that Jews have a deep contempt for the Christian religion. I was unaware just how deep before finding this site.
