1. Best wishes to Mohammed al-Baradei
Ben Alofs ,   Bangor   (12.27.10)
Egypt needs people like you. I know that Mubarak's (or his son) will be voted president with more than 90% of the votes. It reminds me of Rumania in the days of Ceaucescu. You have a lot of prestige in the wider world. People will listen to you and learn what a shambles Egyptian 'democracy' is. This will hopefully help to bring change.
2. ElBaradei is probably right, but...

If true democracy arrived in Egypt, the Islamic Brotherhood would eventually gain power, which would be the end of democracy...

6. Its is true but ElBaraadei is not independnet
zionist forever   (12.27.10)
Mubarak of course enjoys imperial powers and represses democracy he is a dictaitor but El Badardei is hardly an independent observer and critic becaue he wants Mubarak's job. The best thing for the regionand certainly for Israel is for Mubarak to stay in power till the day he dies and allow his son to replace him for the sake of stability. ElBararadei is knows politics and he is a darling of the west because if his days as head of the IAEA. As long as Mubarak has these imperial powers for him the best thing is stability rather than whats popular and is likely to get him reelected.
