Legally, dear, Gaza and the West Bank are non-sovereign territory. And I don't need you to teach me the history of the Middle East. I buy your argument -- so the so-called "Kingdom of the Transjordan" was illegally carved out of Mandatory Palestine and Jordan should be dismantled and its territory restored to Israel, as promised by the Balfour Declaration.
