31. #22 You are right,
Salma ,   Palestine   (01.01.11)
There is no difference between the terrorism of al Qaeda and " IDF" terrorism.
32. # 30
Birdi ,   Israel   (01.01.11)
"Trying the tear the secuity fence" They did tear the secuity fence, you can see it in the video. They even walked off with the parts that they tore. No Bilin protest is non-violent. The demonstrators always throw stones & rocks at IDF soldiers. That happens every single Friday.
33. Move on Vandals and Law breakers.
Josh   (01.01.11)
If you approach a military fence, you might die. We see people standing around in tear gas. No wonder someone died from blood poisoning. Did she just stand there among the gas cloud breathing in droplets of gas? Who's fault is it that she did not flee from danger?
34. #28 Its our homeland with God Almighty as our witness.
Ya'awqove ,   Naftali Israel   (01.01.11)
Dont like it? Tough nuggies. Leave us alone and you wont have any problems, drive us out of our land rape us murder us and seek to destroy us and you will have many problems. Haters like you dont stand on logic or history only hate. You know where you can go
35. We are still in the ghetto
Yossef   (01.01.11)
Israel is the jewish ghetto of the global village called the world, and we have still to fight as our brothers did in Warsaw, to survive as Jews.
36. Here's a simple response, Frank #28:
Robert Haymond ,   Israel/Canada   (01.01.11)
There would have been no Palestinian exiles, repeat: "None", had the five Arab nations not made war on the new state of Israel in 1948. That's the responsibility of the Arab nations and it remains their responsibility to integrate the refugees...which they haven't.
37. to nr. 20 throwing stones.....
justice for all ,   the universe   (01.01.11)
that is what those zionist occupiers/surpressers have asked for since the zionist agression began in the 19th century. everybody/ every people which is victim of agression/burglary/intruders has the right of self-defence with all means. and if there is agression with nuclear arms then the other party also may use them, no matter what country/nation/land/group/population/people. free palestine and a free world for all of us! mazeltov/shaloom/shalaam!

39. Hanan Greenberg and Roee Nahmias no victim but stone thrower
Ariel   (01.01.11)
In this case semantics counts. You distrot the whole picture. and by aguing that violence is excusable, us the zionists can also commit crimes like the palestininas?
40. #26 - Court rules on law, military on security
William ,   Israel   (01.01.11)
The court refused to entertain the issues of security in the arguments over the fence and reverted instead to use of land, thus making a judgement based on partial factual considerations. Israel's military has the last word in national security AND in West Bank/Gaza which the Supreme Court does not really have the jurisdiction in. The only way your sappy definition of "police state" would work is if the same situation occurred inside Israel. Sadly, the court ignores the lives saved by the fence, which has been hundreds on both sides. Palestinian Islamic Jihad admitted on Al-Jazeera that they cannot easily commit attacks against Israelis because of the fence, and the mayor of Jenin admitted his city saw a huge drop in crime because of the fence. I certainly do not trust the Supreme Court with my life.
41. many died of tear gas inhalation...
eporue ,   europe   (01.01.11)
there have been hundreds of cases (of healthy young people) worldwide. pulmonary edema is the common cause of death. it has to be treated immediately. if there is every week a protest, and there is always tear gas, then it would be good, to have a doctor present, with an artificial respiration device, cortisone, pills against cyanide poisoning.
42. Well, actually
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.02.11)
She died for what she believed in, right? Who cares if her beliefs were asinine. They were, but .... oh well. Sh*t happens. Happened to her. As salaam aleikum. Ciao, baby.
