(01.07.11)
Palestinians kill in purpose jews and they NEVER asked for forgiveness. Tsahal acts like a coward

3. every other day there is regret, swift investigation

over killing of palestinians
4. Did Arabs Terrorists ever apologize for the Hebron Massacre
Eli   (01.07.11)
on 8/23/1929 for the murder of 67 INNOCENT Jews? We are at war and Israel does not have to apologize when killing terrorists.
5. buried in the story:
yehuda ,   israel   (01.07.11)
"An IDF force raided Hebron in a bid to arrest five Hamas members released from jail Thursday by the Palestinian Authority, which gave in to their hunger strike." How about a sidebar on this?
6. typical that there's no celebrating in the streets
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (01.07.11)
israel, a true democracy, is the only place in the middle east that won't dance in the streets and celebrate when a civilian of the enemy is killed. but of course, comparing one's self to middle eastern countries is setting the bar about as low as possible.
7. #4 Would You like to compare IDF with terrorists?
Fritz ,   Germany   (01.07.11)
sorry, I suggest You did, and You will get applause from the enemies of Israel.
8. Regrettable!

9. I'm moved by the death of this man ...
dapperdanman, ,   Czech Rep.   (01.07.11)
... just like the emir of Qatar was moved by the death of those 4 Israelis, when he pushed for the release of their murderers.
10. Israel ?
Marcel ,   Florida   (01.07.11)
Why do you trust the Palestinians to bring justice to their own terrorists ? You knew they would be released and treated as hero's as they always are. Why are you so naive to go along with the fakepeace process ? If you had imprisoned them from the start none of this would have been necessary . Wake up Israel and end the 2 state final solution before it is too late.
11. Re: The Post at No. 8
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.07.11)
Not my post. Thus far, the only thing I find regrettable is that the "Palestinian" security services had detained wanted terrorists and then released them instead of handing them over, despite knowing that they were wanted terrorists. Had they not done that, this whole incident would never have happened.
12. Nothing unusual.
Uzziel   (01.07.11)
That´s what happens when the ennemy choose to operate in the middle of their own civilian population. Arab countries are to express their regret, if they weren´t a bunch of cowards and liards.
13. #11 What the??
Chris.B ,   Australia   (01.07.11)
So in your logic it's the Palestinian security services fault for an IDF soldier killing an unarmed sleeping man. Your awesome.....lol Had they not done that...ha ha ha ha And before you start yes we Australian's killed everybody in South East Asia I'm mean If they weren't unarmed and sleeping the whole incident would of never happened.
14. Someone give the spokesperson an Oscar
Jeff, Ex-Marine ,   San Diego, US   (01.07.11)
A prayer for him and his family. And a curse on the 'soldiers' who mudered him in cold blood. Killing a man in his sleep, only to say 'oops' afterwards? The IDF is redifining the word 'repugnant' on an hourly basis.
15. let's get the truth first, accuse later
dan ,   chicago, USA   (01.07.11)
Just this week President Abbas accused Israel of "war crimes" over the death a protestor, only to discover she was not even AT THE PROTEST! Israel is taking this incident seriously and investigating. The PA owes it to their own citizens to do the same. After investigating maybe their conclusions will change, or maybe they won't, but it is important to at least try. Unless you were actually there, you don't know the truth and neither do I. But I can see when someone is making an effort to learn the truth and when someone is just shouting into the nearest microphone. Truth matters and truth takes time.

You should read the initial account; here, let me help: http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4010289,00.html The article states quite clearly that the operation was undertaken to arrest five terrorists who had recently been released from "Palestinian" jails. They were WANTED TERRORISTS. Get it? WANTED TERRORISTS. Released by the terrorist aider and abettors that pass for the "Palestinian" security service. They SHOULD have been handed over to the Israeli authorities. Instead, they were released. Again, in case you missed it the first two times -- these men were WANTED TERRORISTS. Had the "Palestinian" so-called "security service" done what they were supposed to do, Israeli troops would not have had to make the arrest themselves, and the whole incident would never have happened. How does that compare with the senseless massacre of tens of millions of native Aborigines? Please tell me how, because I don't see the connection. The Aborigines were hardly wanted terrorists ....

Clearly, you have no idea of the history of "Palestinian" lies. Just Google "Palestinian lies." The fact that you will get several hundred thousand hits SHOULD tell you something. We've seen this all before. It is equally clear that you are taking a side despite having no knowledge of the Arab-Israeli conflict. I can help. Here are two good places to start: http://www.shmuelkatz.com/Articles/BattlegroundFactandFantasyinPalestine.pdf http://www.israel-wat.com/y6_eng.htm This link will prove incontrovertibly that Israel's presence in East Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria is fully legal under all precepts of international law: http://www.globalpolitician.com/24388-israel-jerusalem Here, you can learn a little bit about the people whose blamelessness and innocence you so ignorantly trumpet: http://lindasog.com/public/terrorvictims.htm http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Terrorism/victims.html Finally, here, you can see incontrovertible proof of the wild celebrations by the "Palestinians" in the West Bank in the aftermath of September 11, 2001: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrM0dAFsZ8k http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTYoV-_GlNs I don't think you are man enough to accept the truth, but I am willing to give you a chance to prove otherwise. By the way -- you are the only former Marine I have ever encountered that refers to himself as an "ex-Marine." In fact, I mentioned this to a friend who is, in fact, a former Marine Corps officer, and he chuckled and said, "We must have booted him." Was the JAG officer who secured your conviction and dishonorable discharge Jewish? That would explain a great deal.
18. regret? then, jail them or send them to the PA

why the PA has accepted the jurisdiction of the ICC?

Core Values. The values that define a Marine. HONOR,COURAGE,COMMITTMENT Marines are held to the highest standards, ethically & morally. Respect for others is essential. Marines are expected to act responsibly in a manner befitting the title they have earned. Becoming a Marine means living by the values & ethics that define the Marine Corps. In the classroom, recruits learn the meaning of the Core Values as well as how they will be expected to act in uniform & out of uniform. These lessons are applied on the trainning field, in scenarios that are important for both combat & life. By the time they graduate, these values will guide every action. As Marines & citizens, they will uphold honor, courage & committment in every situation. Jeff you are not a former Marine. Shame on you for trying to impersonate one.
