Though they've had to step on similar knucklehead groups in the past to reduce them to lackey status, I do feel that Hamas control of Gaza is complete, and that no bit of BS happens there without a Hamas wave of approval. With or without Persian prompting, Hamas is, by it's very nature, obliged to slip into it's original mode, and slowly, unavoidably, start inching up the ante in terms of games and nonsense with the Israelis. Cast Lead spooked the Hell out of them, but it's effects & trauma are wearing off, and when you really return to Gaza, (and we all knew you would) Israel will have to do a truly first-class scrub on the leadership and soldiers of those malevolent organizations. Hamas is pure poison, and you'll have to off that lot in a manner far beyond any of your efforts in the past with types like the PLO & Hezbollah.
