how is it that "property" means something different in the "palestinian anarchy" than anywhere else in the world? everywhere else in the world, you can buy a property, own it, submit plans, get a building permit, build on it, etc. but in the palestinian anarchy, you can buy the property but not own it, because it doesn't suit the politics of the ruling fatah terrorist group. and if you're jewish, it is a capital crime (punishable by death!) for any arab to sell you property. (in the land of the jews, no less!) but if you're an arab, you can take the money, and deny taking it, and claim to still own the property, and even get international support for your claims, without so much as a shred of proof. because it's "against international law" for jews to live in their own property in what the united nations designated as the national homeland of the jews, some 60 years ago. imagine if one of the eu countries passed a similar law prohibiting the sale of property to moslems, who have far less claim to live in europe than jews have in the land of abraham, isaac and jacob. unbelievable!

between the years 1948 and 1967 the entire eastern part of the city was "Jew-free", "cleansed" of ALL its former Jewish residents by the Arabs, the ones who also controlled Gaza and the "West Bank" also "Jew-free".
