If they infiltrated the ring. Why didn't they prevent the killing??
2. We all know how they "infiltrated"
Danny   (01.11.11)
they picked up the usual suspects then tortured them till the "confessed"

Thunder ,   USA   (01.11.11)
Typical ayatollesque propaganda trap. Even the declarations of the so called nabbe dspy, smell fabicration. The shiite regime seeks something to show after Stuxnet and the bacjkdrop of their nuclear waste d program.

The stuff of which fairy tales are made. Iranian "intelligence" (there's a fine oxymoron) infiltrated the Mossad? Oh, of course. Happens every day. Stuxnet I has Iran climbing the walls. I guess that's why Iran is threatening and warning (as if any one is paying any attention). I think it's time to launch Stuxnet II. Drive the insane mullahs over the edge. Teach them a lesson they will not soon forget.

All I see is mocking on this page and one sided argument which makes one wonder about editorial balance. The fact of the matter is that there are serious allegation being made by Iran and since Israel does not usually confirm, deny or comment in such circumstances, we have no way of knowing if the reports are true and so we have to wait for Iran to produce more evidence. Mock if you like but the Iranian will feel justified in hitting back. I wonder what those mockers on your pages will say then!

Be an ostrich and hide your head in the sand if you so wish but arn't in fact contradicting yourself just like many on this page? If Iranian are so inadequate as you claim them to be, then why this big fuss about their nuclear programme!the state of denial you are in, exhibits the trouble and anxiety within you, so cut the crap!
13. #9, last time a "Mossad network" was uncovered

Israel is in NO FURHTER danger ! Iran's constant warnings ,threats, now assistance to hiz in Lebanon to ham in Gaza ( 100's of UNguided , (misguided?) rockets have already made the Iranian regime a formidable enemy. The threat to the "Persian" Gulf states and potentially to Europe perhaps London England, grows day by day. Hopefuly this snake can be defanged from within or if need be from without . It remains to be seen whether Iranian intelligence is "intelligent" ! moshe
15. Serious but Baseless Allegations by Iran
Bat Zion ,   Central Israel   (01.11.11)
"Our intelligence achievements prove that the Zionist regime opposes the scientist progress in Islamic countries and nations in the reion," Oh yeah? So why is only nuclear physics scientists, who took part in the Iranian atomic project, end up dead? How come all the others are still alive? Could it be that they are not involved in a project that endangers the entire world and worries many, Saudi Arabia and the USA included? "Moslehi warned any nations cooperating with Israel in such plots that Iran would consider them "bases for terrorist jobs" and threats to the entire Middle East." This is a clear case of the Kozak crying "help": Iran maintains, trains, nourishes and funds militias to attack the citizens of Israel both from the north (Hizbollah) and from the south (Hamas), and is in the process of taking over an entire country (Lebanon). So who is the real threat to ME peace here?

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.11.11)
There is a great deal here to mock. First of all, most Israelis have a tacit understanding of how Mossad basically operates. Hint: they do not recruit loser Iranians, spirit them off to Israel for half-assed "training" and then play them back into Iran. The mere suggestion that this is what happened is beyond ludicrous. Moreover, the description that this Iranian clown gave of his "car ride" doesn't match the facts, and the alleged building he described doesn't match anything anyone can identify. The story just has too many flaws. What we have here is really nothing more than a major case of Iranian anger and sour grapes. Despite Iranian claims to have developed second-generation and third-generation centrifuges that defy anything available anywhere in the West, the fact remains that Natanz has been shut down for seven weeks now, and is not likely to re-open any time soon. Bushehr is non-operational as well, and experts have suggested that Stuxnet caused its massive turbine to simply fly apart. It will be extraordinarily difficult, if not impossible, for Iran to replace the 1,000 centrifuges that have been destroyed by Stuxnet causing them to spin wildly out of control, because the high-tensile titanium steel screws needed for the centrifuges is simply no longer available to Iran. Iran has no right to be "angry." For thirty years, Israel has had to listen to sturm-und-drang rhetoric emanating from Teheran about how it would "destroy the Zionist entity" (meaning Israel, of course), "tear out the heart of the Zionist entity," et cetera, et cetera, ad nauseum. Israel has long made it plain that Iran would not be permitted to become a nuclear power. Iran goaded, derided and taunted Israel that there would be nothing Israel could do to stop Iran. Well, Israel has stopped Iran. Stuxnet. Count on this -- if Stuxnet I has been launched, there is a Stuxnet II, III, IV and probably V waiting in the wings. Isn't it truly a work of pure genius that Iran's nuclear program has been shut down without a single cruise missile being fired? You ask about "editorial balance." It is simply impossible to do treat the news reports which have come out of Iran with respect to a Mossad-inspired spy ring with anything but great derision. You may be fairly new to Teheran's rhetoric and silly games, but most of us aren't. Most of us know a little bit more about the workings of Israel's secret services than do you, and we know when we are reading sheer and utter nonsense. Iran hit back? How? By executing hapless Iranians that probably cannot even point to Israel on a map? (How could they? Textbooks in Iran do not depict maps showing Israel.) This is a tempest in a teapot, generated as a result of Iran's profound embarrassment arising from the Stuxnet debacle. You are free to take Iran's claims as seriously as you'd like, but don't blame us for laughing at you for so doing. We, you see, know better. Iran’s current bit of nonsense about the Mossad is just as ridiculous as Iran’s claims to have second- and third-generation centrifuges that are far superior to anything in the West (we now know for certain that this was a meaningless boast), its claims to be a scant few years away from developing a fusion reactor, and its claims to have engineered (in a matter of two or three weeks) improvements to its existing Russian made missile defense systems. To name but a few. Israel takes Iran’s existential threats very, very seriously. Israel also takes Iran’s thinly-veiled threat to harm Israelis and Jews in the Diasbora very, very seriously. Stuxnet was Israel’s bark. Israel’s bite is much, much worse than its bark. Iran would do well to keep this in mind.

"5 year old attitude?" Beats having five-year old English language skills .... such as yours. If you have something substantive to say, then say it. Otherwise, save your puerile comments which contribute nothing.

the iranians are inadequate because all "their" nuclear advancements are not their own. they are russian and korean. both these countries have nuclear specialists training and doing all the work on iran's nuclear facilities. without russia or north korea, iran is nothing in nuclear research. they got everything they claim as their own from russia and north korea. hameed aboughaze, iranian

You are functionally illiterate in the English language. PLEASE reassure me that "nj" does not stand for New Jersey ... Your grammar, usage and syntax make me laugh. The fact that you have yet to express a coherent opinion on anything substantive causes me to laugh at you a little harder. If you have an opinion on the topical issues being addressed in the various threads then, by all means, share it with us. Otherwise, go blog elsewhere.

Not just for this post but for your analyses of several stories, I would suggest you become a political commentator. Since I've been following Ynet, you've said things that need to be read by a wide audience, most notably people in public service. (n.b. - don't get a big head - just consider the idea!) ;)

The spy job might bring in a lot of money but the risks are quite high.
24. #9 - is it really a serious allegation by Iran?
William ,   Israel   (06.26.13)
Iran has a habit of making all kinds of baseless allegations against its foes, including Israel. They once accused Israel of sending spy squirrels and even arrested 10 of them. ARRESTED!!! They also claim the rising tomato prices are due to Mossad actions. Really??? Claiming the Mossad is an all-powerful entity that could upset the balance of time and space itself is nothing new in the Muslim world. It's their "catch all" accusation when they have little evidence to point to anything specific. Iran has been attacking Israel and the West since 1979, with support of proxy terrorist groups around the world, targeting mostly civilians. If anything, the West and Israel have been justified in hitting Iran for decades now.
