2. Sick & Perverted
Dan ,   Florida   (01.12.11)
Hezbollah fomented this crisis with their assasination of a PM. Their next move is a wholesale takeover of the Lebanese Government. Then with all resources of the country they can make it into another Iran and attack Israel.
3. What a Donals Duck country
Eyal ,   USA   (01.12.11)
This is what happens when you let terrorists into your CASA. Do you have to be a genius to know this was going to happen? Is it me or do Arabs only think with their balls? Harriri should have made peace with Israel instead of sleeping with the enemy within. The bloodshed is about to happen and Israel could have helped Harriri, oh well. This is what happens to people with a lesser brain.
4. Harriri's next move
Issy ,   NYC USA   (01.12.11)
Harriri's next move should be to Paris or risk ending up like his father. Those Hezballah guys are ruthless.

14. # 2
Birdi ,   Israel   (01.12.11)
Be assured that before they attack Israel, we will attack them.
15. Empty threats
Madeleine ,   Israel   (01.12.11)
To all you Arabs - you've been trying since 1948 to wipe us off the map and you haven't succeeded nor will you ever. See, there's a big difference between Israelis and the rest of the Arab nations: you don't really care about your countries but you thrive on hatred of us and this makes you weak, whereas we Israelis don't hate you but we love our country and know that it is the only homeland we have. We live to protect it and our loved ones. Your evil will never conquor us.
16. MAHMOOD
zionist forever   (01.12.11)
The people who should care about this are the ordinary Lebanese as their country is on the verge of civil war once again and becoming an Iranian satellite state. As an Iranian satellite there is a real risk of another war breaking out with Israel and if that happens the ordinary Lebanese will suffer when Israeli cluster bombs start falling. You should care
17. If civil was is to happen in Lebanon it will be their 3rd
leo ,   usa   (01.12.11)
civil war. Doesn't it mean that Lebanon is not capable of existing. Anyway should that happen Israel and Syria must make a deal - Syria takes over Lebanon and makes it part of Greater Syria. In exchange Syria agrees to forgo all claims to Golans and agrees to make peace with Israel. I think it will solve most of the problems Israel has.
18. Iran the Paper Tiger
RichInBoston ,   Boston USA   (01.13.11)
The biggest threat to Iran's government is its own people. Fed up from years of waisted hostility and isolation which has only served those who hold power. The revolution has failed. The revolution is over. You just dont know it yet. Focus on Israel. Focus on Lebanon. You sleep while the opposition gains power and momentum. Fools.
19. I believe Israel should stay out of it
David ,   USA/Israel/Egypt   (01.13.11)
Keep an eye on the developments and let France and the US deal with it. Why should we use our soldiers for the failed policies of the US and France.I remember when the west saved Arafat and his gang when we were going to finish them. I also remember when the Maronites stabbed us in the back after helping them. This time let the US and France deal with the so called human right groups when they will bomb Lebanon
20. Popcorn anyone? Don't forget the sunscreen
Hinda ,   SF BAY AREA   (01.13.11)
Tailgate party? Let's watch the Pro-Terrorists wipe each other out. Then the likes of Bridgette Gabriel and others can go back in, clean up the country and make it beautiful again. What is it with those who hate life? Why does everything they touch become ugly? Let this be G-d's will to destroy each other - then the good will take over.
21. yeah1
Tom ,   Bsas,argentina   (01.13.11)
hope the lebanese people kick hezbollahnazis out of Lebanon, send them back to syria and iran and sign a peace treaty with Israel... for the sake of the two people... LONG LIVE ISRAEL
22. Israel would love nothing more than
Ray ,   US   (01.13.11)
to see this country go up in smoke with civil war. it is an israeli interest. if Hezbollah is busy killing Lebanese it's not busy planning the next Israeli attack.
23. Israel is strong-obviously lebanon
Barney ,   USA   (01.13.11)
is very very weak. Why has such a country which could have so much promise fallen to this level? Why the ignorance of sleeping with iran? Do the people of lebanon envy what the people of iran have and hate? the only things iranians want to do is replace the mad mullahs or leave. lebanon, you are on the way to the same situation except with a military super power on your southern border.
24. I feel sorry for the real Lebanese people.
Jay3 ,   Israel   (01.13.11)
You have allowed your politicians to succumb to Irans shi\ite terrorist group, Hezbollah, and now you are about to pay the price. They dont care about the real Lebanese, and are only there to allow Iran to control your country and attack Israel from. The smartest thing for your leaders yo do, is to ask for Israels help in getting rid of Hezbollah and the Islamic extremists that plague your country,...... become our allies! I would love nothing more than to be able to drive through Lebanon and enjoy its sites, food and culture.l
25. #1 A-Rash & Mahmood
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (01.13.11)
the biggest thing lebanon has achieved this year was the world record for the biggest pile of falafel. I guess you too would be the perfect people to help them achieve more of the same records. Good luck with that! With brains like yours us Jews can always prosper.
26. The Lebanese should evacuate the south
Bodkin   (01.13.11)
The Lebanese learned nothing from the 2006 war. They have allowed Hezbollah to amass 60,000 rockets, all aimed at Israel. Only a dozen countries on Earth possess that kind of firepower. If Hezbollah launches them, Israel will suffer many casualties. They'll have no choice but to respond with extreme force. I'm pro-Israel, but I don't want to see any Lebanese innocents get hurt for simply being in the vicinity of the Hezbollah fanatics and their arsenal of missiles. Please, residents of south Lebanon: if you can, don't be there when the terrorist gang you've been tolerating puts you in harm's way yet again. Protect your children. Don't be human shields for the barbarians of Hezbollah.
27. Easy to start a war
Salma ,   Palestine   (01.13.11)
Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country
28. ...and this is how its gonna play out...
fatbasterd ,   Cape Town   (01.13.11)
...civil war breaks out, US and France and Israel supports the North, Syria and Iran support the South. After a long time and after lebanon becomes practically a smoking pile of rubble, a agreement is reached to split the country in two. Iran and syria pump everything to the south and the west pump everything to the north. The north becomes prosperous and a friend to israel, the south becomes an ever increasing thorn, economically down trodden, order is maintained by increased militancy and agression. Viola, we end up with a north/south korea senario, except one that doesn't seem to benifit Israel in any way, in fact makes matters worse.
29. #22,27 Smart thinking Ray Salma, it's easy to see
Ken ,   Burma   (01.13.11)
the source of this problem. It started with the assasination of Harriri with the simple goal of civil war. I hope the Lebannes people see through this plan and stay concentrated on the real enemy.
30. I got strong feeling it will be hizb who will egnite
ghostq   (01.13.11)
the entire ME, after all Iran leaders r around the corner and asad is just waiting for the right time to strike, civil war is not rare since the franch were there only one continous war, they shouldn't mix populations.
