Education is not only about money and I would be much happier if this "revolution" was better defined. How about teaching more human values and modern history and less Tanah? How about teaching more science and math instead of giving students free time because teachers call in sick? How about having libraries and computers in elementary schools to fill the empty rooms? How about research projects in the academia to support top professor and their graduate students? This "revolution" you are talking about is badly needed, Mr. Steinitz, and I welcome your start, but it's a long, a very long way to go. Good luck.

of the negative immigration. Professors and doctors are a very tiny part of professional immigration from Israel. The country is becoming an unattractive place to live and raise a family. The words 'civility','honesty','politeness' and 'fare reimbursement' are strange in Israel. Your personal talent, ambitions and hardworking attitude and competence do not matter as much as vitamin "P" . To have it, you must have connections that build up through years. Those who do not have them, Israel is a barren ground. Life revolves only around small region of Gush Dan, the rest of the country looks like a development project from the 60-is. Young generation has very limited space for opportunities.
