The peace process is paralyzed, but not because of Israel. It is very legitimate and logical for Israel to insist on a total freeze on violent attacks by Palestinians in order to resume the peace talks. Just like the Palestinians insist on a total freeze on construction in Judea and Samaria before they resume the peace talks. You can either negotiate peace, or climb so high up your tree you can never get down. Normal Israelis and Palestinians want peace. It's time for the Palestinians to get down from their tree and back to the negotiating table.
