A remarkably stupid question. Israel formally annexed East Jerusalem and environs in June 1967. Once annexed, those areas became part of the State of Israel. We don't care who does or does not recognize it. It is both de facto and de jure. By the way -- the case you refer to actually commenced in 1960, with the ultimate ruling being handed down in 1962. Israel did not control East Jerusalem in 1960 or 1962. The case is irrelevant to the current situation, i.e., a unified Jerusalem wholly controlled by Israel. Still co-opting other people's work without attribution, eh? Next time, try and pick an argument that is relevant.
