The next time they tell you who to vote for, vote for someone who can deliver. The Arab nations are not putting enough pressure on Palestine.
62. You have no case here, Sean.
Tahl ,   Ashdod   (01.21.11)
The IDF did not make anything up. For its investigation, the IDF obtained the medical file and treatment records from the hospital. These contained all the relevant data (including the precise amount of atropine administered) to support the IDF's claim that Jawaher died due to poor medical care. In contrast, the Palestinians' claim that Jawahar died due to tear gas, is not supported by any reliable evidence (as William pointed out well in his comments), and neither does the claim she was participating in this protest to begin with. Even Palestinian eyewitnesses said she was with her family at the supposed time of the protest. The fact you so readily and automatically adopted the Palestinians' argument that the IDF is to blame, without exercising any critical thinking into the matter, and the fact that you stubbornly continue to blame the IDF despite all the evidence suggesting otherwise, is indeed a testament to your extreme anti-Israel bias. In this example and many others, you have proven you are motivated by hatred of Israel, rather than by reason.
63. Sam, you made the pants too long
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (01.21.11)
Nothing has been established other than she's dead No autopsy has been performed, there are no photos of her participating at that particular demonstration The Country is Israel, the IDF is fully entotled to be any damn place they want to be How about naming the last three rulers of your fictional Palestine ?? I don't mean the Turks, Brits or that Egyptian Yasser Arafat ? Better yet, open any bible of your choice, show me where it mention Palestine or Arabs

this isn't the first case in the history of medicine were malpractice ended up with a fatality. As for motives behind this misinformation campaign surrounding this incident here are some possibilities to consider. 1) Blaming the IDF for her death was an attempt to score propaganda points with the liberal media moguls. Like the liars from the NYT and Haaretz. 2) Cover for the doctor(s) that made the fatal mistake by using Jews as a scape goat. This is what the PA and mainstream media does everyday. 3) Alternatively the doctor(s) killed this women intentionally for the purpose of all the above. I wouldn't be shocked if this were true because human life in the PA is cheap. Very cheap.
65. What a load of nonsense
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (01.21.11)
An autopsy should have been performed by a neutral ME before they planted her It's still not too late to exhume, autopsy and end all this speculation He said, she said, they said, let's hear what the Medical Examiner had to say Forget the family, they'll be told what to say and follow orders like good little sheep
66. #13 Appletree (rotten fruit ? )
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (01.21.11)
When the hospital adminsters the wrong treatment and causes death because of malpractice, that's a damn good reason to sue the hospital Meanwhile, if, as alleged she was actually at that demo, with all the camers that were around, at least one photo of her should have emerged by this late date Nobody's got pictures, she must have been invisible
67. #60 Sam - PROVE it!
CK Tan ,   Singapore, Singapore   (01.21.11)
Sam CLAIMS - The UN affirms the illegality of the occupation (by Israel)...and the United States acknowledges this. So PROVE it! Feel free to show ALL the verifiable and NEUTRAL data that show CLEARLY all international laws pertaining to occupation CONFIRM that Israel's relation to WB is ILLEGAL. And that the US has ALSO stated the same EXACT opinion. Sam also DECLARES - The protests are mostly peaceful, by the way. Again, SHOW all the PROOF from neutral sources that support this CLAIM. Hint for Sam - even HRW (no friend of Israel) knows and acknowledges the TRUTH. Guess Sam is just happy to REGURGITATE the myth of "mostly peaceful" protests. As for Sam's recurring WHINE about "I questioned her whereabouts only because the article was vague", he again FORGETS that he has ALREADY dismissed and CONDEMNED the report as "garbage". His CHOICE of word can HARDLY be construed as simply QUESTIONING the vagueness of the deceased's whereabouts. There is word to explain his whining though - BACKPEDALING. Period.
