on your way out.... Nablus is really the Jewish Shechem, and Jenin is really the Jewish Ir Ganim. But "history" (as part of your narrative) is quite selective...it begins in 1967, or 1948, or 2000 years ago, or 10,000 years ago....depending on your audience and how skewed your story is.

Though he was shooting at soldiers, there were civilians, both Israeli and Arab, at that location and they would definitely be targets in any shoot-out. Why is this guy a terrorist? 1) He belongs to a terrorist group who's modus operandi is targeting civilians mostly, and soldiers sometimes. You are not a terrorist in the morning, then a soldier after lunch. 2) This attacker knew very well there were civilians at this checkpoint and still fired his weapon, thus placing them in direct harm and making them potential casualties - and that is the definition of "terrorist". Spend one minute and actually look it up.
