Why people like yourself would seemingly celebrate the death of freedom always puzzles me. You proudly speak as if you've won some sort of victory against the U.S., and that you'll benefit from such a victory. Tell me, what is your victory, and what are its spoils. No Freedom of the press, to differ in opinion from Hezbollah would land you in jail, or mean certain death at the hands of a mob (like recent event in Gaza with the French Minister)? No freedom of Religion, expression or the press is nothing to celebrate. What's worse, your to blinded by ignorance or hatred to even perceive what you believe is a benefit, will soon be understood...even by you...to be a curse.

You must realize two things even in the case that Hezbollah seizes power in Lebanon & stops Lebanon cooperation with the UN tribunal dealing with the murder of Hariri: First it will not erase from the world knowledge who are the guilty criminals whoever they might be after the verdict is made public. Second the UN spokesman has recently made it clear that the responsability for the meeting UN rules does not rest on the Lebanon government but on the country. This means that any obstacle raised by the government is liable to UN imposed sanctions. So eventually Lebanon could be in a similar situation as Iran as far as economic & political isolation are concerned
