If a new opinion is to be implemented into it, it can be suggested to the Society, for Approval or Disapproval. if disaproved on the Suggester has to drop the matter. An Example - If you Suggests that all in the Society Openly and Publicly, is to F-ck themselves, and the Society Dissaproves, you have to drop the Matter. If You still insists, You can not Yourself go on doing it openly and Publicly. I suggests therefore that You hold it to Yourself privately, and do it Privately. If not it could Make Public Offense.
