2 Years is not sufficient punishment for a severe beating, causing fear and loss of business. Nor is it sufficient to dissuade such a person that his behaviour is unacceptable. He will after all, as Haridi, be receiving special treatment in prison and not as the criminal that he is.

They may think they are a religion, but what they really are is a mafia.
