1. well done IDF chief Maj.-Gen.Yoav Galant
Haim ,   Tel aviv   (01.26.11)
Good luck in evacuating the extremist illegal religious settlers from the occupied west bank. We are proud of you.
2. SOS Israel? Madness....
Progressive Populist ,   Stockh/Jeru, Swe/Isr   (01.26.11)
I love and cherish our Torah-heritage. But the religious fanatics will destroy the modern democracy in Israel. Such a shame.
3. Ynet , Are you sure rabbi name is "Shalom"?!?!
Salma ,   Palestine   (01.26.11)
God will punish his parents, for bad choice of his name...."Shalom" oh my God! Rabbis are Funny People indeed ;)
4. An inexisting "god's" punishment ?

5. #1 & 2
Yisraeli   (01.26.11)
#1, you find yourself in good company together with Salma our enemy. Maybe one day you will find yourself deported together with her. Who needs enemies from the outside when we have the enemy like yourself on the inside. GFY and may the next missile from gaza find your roof. #2 Nonsense, they are the ones who will save Israel from the likes of #1&3.
6. FOR YNET IF YOU ARE NOT LEFTIST YOU ARE FAR-RIGHT
Scorpion   (01.26.11)
7. Haim from Tel Aviv: It's altogether predictable
Robert Haymond ,   Israel/Canada   (01.26.11)
that a person who marks his address as "Tel Aviv" would disenfranchise those of us who reside on Yishuvs in the Territories (of course, you refer to them as "settlements") if he had his druthers. The fact is that those who reside in Shomrun and Judea form the backbone of this nation. They are proud Zionists (some traditional religious and others secular) and will defend Israel at all costs. Not so with you effete leftists from Tel Aviv now, is it?
8. May all the politicians hear his message and heed it.
(01.26.11)
There is a Divine punishment for giving Jewish lands to our enemies and putting our people at risk. Yesh din veyesh Dayan, there’s a Judge and there’s Judgment. Former president MOSHE KATZAV Said: 'This is Happening to Me Because of Gush Katif.' There are numerous adherents, not all of them religious, to the belief in the Expulsion Curse - a heavenly retribution for the Expulsion, which has afflicted many of the key players in that act of violent expulsion and retreat. The Our Land of Israel organization has distributed hundreds of thousands of copies of a list of the "curse victims" throughout Israel's synagogues. The list includes: ARIEL SHARON, the prime minister who carried out the Expulsion, suffered a stroke shortly afterward and has been in a coma ever since. OMRI SHARON, PM Sharon's son, and close political aide served a jail sentence for corruption. CHAIM RAMON, a senior minister in Sharon's government and a lead proponent of the Expulsion, was found guilty of sexual offenses and sentenced to community service. DAN HALUTZ, who was IDF Chief of Staff, and had to resign after an investigative committee blamed him for botching the Second Lebanon War. MOSHE KARADI, who was Chief of Police, who was forced to resign after a committee of inquiry found fault with his actions in an investigation regarding organized crime. EHUD OLMERT, who was Sharon's deputy during the Expulsion and supported the policy when he replaced Sharon as prime minister. Olmert had to resign after being charged with corruption and is facing criminal prosecution. URI BAR-LEV, who was Commander of the Police's Southern District, who has recently had to suspend himself after allegations of sexual misconduct. TZACHI HANEGBI, a member of Sharon's government who has had to resign from the Knesset after being found guilty of corruption. AVRAHAM HIRSCHSON, who was a minister in the Kadima government and is serving a jail sentence for embezzlement. YONATAN BASSI, who headed the Expulsion and had to leave his own community because of the public anger against him. And now we have Maj.-Gen. YOAV GLANT added to the list for Divine Justice.

Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (01.27.11)
25. To 21 & 22
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (01.28.11)
People who believe in this "punisment" are a living proopf that the evolution theory is correct : They are still living in the dark ages . And to 21 , change your name , you are NOT shining .
26. So called "inexisting thing"keeps...
ORA ,   Jerusalem   (01.28.11)
some people s mind very busy.Amazing. I don t like the idea of punishment.I see it more as G-D closes his eyes towards people who abandon Him. If we want G-D to keep an eye on Israel we have to keep His laws. Millions of arabs, with the approval of the whole world want our destruction.Everybody with a logic mind can t think for a minute, that we can keep Israel on long term ,without G-Ds help. To 25:Ora shines only for people with a good vision. When i talk to 25 i can change my name if he wishes in barak,so he can also hear thundering. Shabat Shalom to all.
27. 26b , empty head would be your best name
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (01.28.11)
i pityy those who still live in the dark ages , think that an inexisting thing can have an eye .
28. 26 , a new name ? Barak ?
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (01.29.11)
Fits you certainly by making noise : Les tonneaux vides font le plus de bruit [ a French saying : empty barrels make the most noise ]
29. Tragedies hazards?
ORA ,   Jerusalem   (01.29.11)
No such thing. A human being goes through three ages. 1)As a foetus: Has material needs: taken in charge by his mother. After nine month fit for next age. 2)As a human being:Has material and spiritual needs. The spiritual needs must be taken care,to be fit for eternal life. G-D gave us the Tora as a guide. The same, as sickness is a result of unhealthy lifestyle, desagreements and sometimes "has veholile"tragedies are results of not following the Tora precepts. Sickness tells us that we need to change our way of life. The same counts for tragedies. Our soul has its demands. It must be fit for eternal life. At the end of life the body dies, and the soul goes to heaven. 3)The soul in heaven, the healthier it is, the more strength it has to reach a better place in heaven.
30. Some think they think and have no brains.
