31. palis should have no voice in Israeli courts!
jason white ,   afula,israel   (01.27.11)
Israelis have no voice in pali courts,if there are any. They should not be allowed to use our court system and matters pertaining to palis should not be heard.
32. IDF actions compared to Hamas
zoro ,   d.c   (01.27.11)
I like the answers of all the blind rightists comparing IDF actions to HAmas. Well, since Hamas attacks innocents then it is okay for the IDF to do it as well. What a pity? The point is he gave an order to shoot a blindfolded man. That is a crime. If you want to feel better about it by comparing him to suicide bomber, then great, you just demoted him to the most inhumane thing.

If he had the heart to give order to shoot a blindfolded man then I just assume that he is not that great of a father, maybe even violent father. but I assume you don't care since he is Jewish and therefore must be a good man. Can you see your racist remark here? I just wonder how many Arabs do you even know before making such a racist comment... Arabs are not all Muslims by the way.

That part of the wall will not come down & there is nothing you nor your beloved arabs brothers can do about it. Tough.
35. Alive and Well
Len ,   Australia   (01.28.11)
It amazes me when newscasters like YNET do not fully assimilate their stories. they just write what their Pali and anti-Israeli activists readers want to hear. The victim was blindfolded and shot at. Ok where was he shot? Why is he still alive? If he was blindfolded how could he accuse someone that he couldn't see? How many victims of Muslims have been paraded before cameras and then either shot in the head or decapitated? Where were you news reporter? This Arab man who was part of rioting hoodlums who were out to harm Israelis and their property has the nerve to stand in an Israeli court and demand justice. Can an Israeli do that in any Palestinian court?Shame on you Jew haters. Your hate has clouded your minds and blinded your eyes.

37. #35 Len, get your head out of the clouds
Ben Alofs ,   Bangor   (01.28.11)
"This Arab man who was part of rioting hoodlums who were out to harm Israelis and their property has the nerve to stand in an Israeli court and demand justice". First Len, this man was demonstrating against the Israeli army who refused to carry out the oder of the Israeli Supreme Court to move the fence and give the people of Bil'in their land back. It is not about Israeli, but about PALESTINIAN property. And secondly while blindfolded and with his hands tied on his back he was shot in his foot. This is a crime. Please, Len, get your head out of the clouds!
38. #1 - guaranteed - his child won't be used as human shield
William ,   Israel   (01.28.11)
so he's already miles ahead of the average "palestinian".
39. #30 - excellent shot if aimed at his toe
William ,   Israel   (01.28.11)
though, I doubt many people can manage this shot accurately. So the claim that the soldier aimed only NEXT TO the Arab and NOT targeting the Arab seems to hold a lot of credibility... but then...that would cause your hate rant to fall apart so why consider it? Regarding the fence in Bilin...let the people of Bilin protest AGAINST Arab terror which brought the fence to them in the first place, then we'll talk. I'd rather dismiss "democracy" (i.e. court rulings) if doing so ensures it saves lives of civilians - on both sides. Sadly, Bilin idiots (mostly foreigner instigators like yourself) refuse to protest against violence, and actually uses violence each week, which justifies the fence. And...off the subject a bit...if you are do dedicated to your cause and supposedly honest, use your real name here instead of hiding behind a fake name.
