Throughout history, people were never regarded as refugees if they had resided in a country for only two years because they were clearly citizens of other countries!

these SA countries like paraguay are poor, economically/financially, and they were persuaded that supporting the muslim arab palestinians would bring them "cheap" oil prices, NO WAY, these muslim arabs are never heard to be "charitable" even to other muslim countries like Bangladesh or Indonesia; their hopes of these concessions are hopeless!

How can another country recognize a place that never existed before? Secondly according to UN Resolutions the matter is to be decided between the parties involved.

Around the world, 2 generations have grown up apparently thinking that the Judea and Samaria were not parts of Israel occupied by Jordan, but instead part of a flourishing, "ancestral" Palestine. The fact that these South American govts. refer to June 4, 1967 borders, rather than the temporary 1949 Armistice borders or 1947 Partition Plan, makes it impossible to understand what they actually have in mind. Does Gaza belong to Egypt, in the South American mind? Is there still supposed to be a no-man's land? Such a lack of attention to detail...I would have expected this from Burkina Faso, but never from Paraguay.
