Wouldn't it be simpler to stop building illegal settlements in the Occupied Territories and deal honestly with the Palestinian Authority to negotiate a homeland for the Palestinians within the 1967 boundaries? No PR firm, however skilfull, is going to change international sympathy for the misery of the Palestinians, innocent victims of the Israeli desire for a homeland unless there is immediate progress towards a genuinely independent Palestinian State. This is a very modest budget for an advertising campaign, especially a multi-national one. Many consumer products advertising have much higher budgets. I wouldn't be too impressed with this Lieberman's "unprecedented" move.
