1. Reception Committee
Bruria   (02.01.11)
So why is she not lecturing when Jews are not allowed to even step foot in an arab community? Time to get rid of these 5th column leftists who are tearing our country down.
2. The Arabs she's sticking up for
Joe   (02.01.11)
will throw her out once and for all - as only they know/ Israel is part of the Middle East. We should expect the next uprising against these corrupt self-proclaimed judges dictators ruling undemocratically since the creation of the state.
3. Madam Chief Justice: If it was Jews ...
David ,   Karmiel, Israel   (02.01.11)
who wanted to live in an Arab town or village, who you ask the same questions? The only reason Arabs would want to live in a Jewish or Zionist settlement is to make a political statement. Indeed, the are Arabs living Karmiel, Naharia and many other towns in which there are Jews, Christians and Arabs. If an Arab wants to live on a Zionist Settlement they must be prepared to accept the principles the settlement was founded on and the fact that Israel is the Jewish State and the home of the Jewish people! Some Arabs are very quick to cry "racism" by also call for the destruction of Israel and "Death to the Jews"! Will the applicants support the principle of "Intifada" on Rakefet and side with those who seek our destruction?
4. What is wrong with her?
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (02.01.11)
Does she seem to think that she is the arbitrator of all that is good and evil in the entire country? She is a rude, stupid bitch that should be removed from office for treason. She has usurped the authority of the Knesset and municipal governments throughout Israel. Her actions are ILLEGAL!
5. the people reject Beinish
Larry ,   Los Angeles   (02.01.11)
Just because she made good her liberal thoughts to get elected a judge does not mean she is in touch with reality. When I can rent an apartment in Jenin or any other Arab city, then perhaps Beinish can speak. Until she gets the Arabs to behave in a reciprocal manner, I think she should spend more time listening to the gals at the beauty parlor, and not mixing into our personal lives.
6. So all Israeli citizens not the same under the law?
Bloodyscot ,   Dallas, Texas   (02.02.11)
Israel should set the moral high ground and not sink to the levels of many Arabs countries. The problem is human nature and its very hard to over come.
