article 83 of Egypt's constitution: resignation of the President should be presented to the Parliament. But the legitimacy of the Parliament is doubted by almost all people. in that case, according to article 84, temporary presidency job should be taken over by Head of the Constitutional court. Suleiman can't take over by Mubarak resignation. The alternative is National Committee to make amendments to the constitution which can't be initiated by the temporary president (article 82). did Egypt favored Netanyahu over Livini?
