It would be interesting that YNet report Drori's and other judges' treatment of protesters who they don't identify with politically. From the news it seems that if Drori did not agree with the protesters he would condemn the police for being too soft.

The name Moshe Drori was familiar, so I did a search. Is this the Moshe Drori who was declared unfit to be a Supreme Court judge because he was a racist? If so, cynics might say that this ruling is a good move if he wants to rehabilitate himself with the extreme-Left and gain a promotion.

Regardless of from the left or right. His previous rulings against the police were on the side of protesters from the right. Perhaps the issue is that the police seem to think that they are the law.
