Rachel ,   US   (02.16.11)
Let them deal with the wonderful Arab brothers, the Syrians and Hamas.

Carl   (02.16.11)
Next time Israel is urged to make concessions to the Arabs, this is what "peace" with an Arab country is like.
4. Not his father's son
Linichka ,   Gdynia, Poland   (02.16.11)
The miniature king, Abdullard, apparently is too immured in his palace, hiding from protestors, to rebuke this barking dog. King Hussein was no saint, but he wouldn't have accepted this. His heir is no friend to Israel.
5. WOW..
Jeremy ,   Michigan USA   (02.16.11)
He shot in cold blood seven schoolgirls.. I really am speechless.. what a great choice for "justice minister" .. I never had any faith in the "justice" in Jordan to begin with .. you know .. not allowing those who have been born and raised in "camps" to have any rights at all.. but now, I'm sure it will ALL change since they have such a wonderful man in charge of "justice" (for all those TOO stupid to realize this is sarcasm).. I would love to hear feedback from those of you who are always so harsh on any act of violence from Israelis... hmmm silence? REALLY?
6. The minister
Shmuel ,   Ge   (02.16.11)
Is only reflecting the mood of theJordanian people With the recent changes in Egypt and the region the subjugation theft and Imprisonment by Isreal of the Palestinians is simply not acceptable. Isreal had 30years of peace with egypt and did nothing now it will reap what it has sewn

Zvi Lando ,   Tekoa, Israel   (02.16.11)
According to your own "head" story on Ynet
8. Poor foolish man
Intercessor ,   UK   (02.16.11)
Does He not realise a Godly soldier has standards, that was not soldiering that was cowardice..which sums up their army, along with USA's 2 faced attempts at peace brokering with terrorists and trying to make Isreal forgo their own ethics and give way to thugs. Well this I know the Lord Of Heavens Armies sees all, and He is not mocked. He neither slumbers nor sleeps, He IS THE EVERLASTING GOD. And an obedient faith in Him is not mindless superstition and ritual but relationship+ Psalm 46
9. arab democracy
mohson   (02.16.11)
its the same old ahmed shukeiry-jewish blood has to be shed to bring peace uttered by the latest moderate-ayman nour. In truth, Israel has nothing to do with arab woes. They sing the same old song as levi stubbs used to sing. And its mostly bullst. Asl lara logan about the medieval riots in cairo. Ask persians about the filthy hitlers running iran, who jimmy carter, says is moderate. The failed mitilary rescue in 1979 attests to his incompetence and gutlessness. Now nasrollah says we take over the galilee, the jordanan justice minister, a lawyer no less says that israel is a t error state and so on. And under the table, the arabs beg the israelis to smash the iranians. well it looks like 67 and israel has to get ready. Definitely general galant has to become the sharon to help ganz, yaalon has to replace barak who is done at defense, a greater role is needed for hofi and israel has to be poised. forget about any concessions and tell ashton to stay the hell out of the country with her dumb comments. israel has to stockpile reserves of ammo and fuel supplies. And remember, this time, jews have to fight like hell if they have to , all of them including yishai and finish the enemy once and for all.
10. With such "friends", who needs enemies...?? It is time to...

11. The arabs are discusting animals !!
Don Rosenberg ,   Palatine USA   (02.16.11)
They call the piece of garbage a hero? Anyone who supports this animal should burn in HELL. A coward and a moron. I hope his family dies a horrible death and hopefully he will be killed ,and slowly. Killing little girls, he is considered a hero ?? Morons !!!!!
12. Israel should seriously consider creating
leo ,   usa   (02.16.11)
a buffer zone - something like no-men's land 100-200mi wide surrounding its borders. After it is done Arabs can rant and rave all they want.
13. in the coming war with jordan/palestine
bernard rosss ,   st anns bay jamaica   (02.16.11)
Israel must not lose the opportunity to repatriate the jordanian palestians now occupying the west bank. the appontment of this mister for justice should make it clear to anyone who is not a fool.

15. Jordan & Lebanon Motivations Identical
Paqid Yirmeyahu ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (02.16.11)
Jordan's King Abd-Ullah (Abd-Allah; servant of Allah) is still reeling somewhat from his bodyguards shooting of a protester a few days ago. To alleviate the pressure, the king revoked restrictions on public gatherings. Protesters are also demanding the (newly appointed after acceding to protesters to fire the previous PM) PM's resignation and yet another opposition group demonstrates against Jordan's government's taking of land for development projects. It seems clear that the Justice Minister has reverted back to the old Arab stand-by of attempting to blameshift the Jordanians' anger to "the Zionists" instead of the Jordanian government. We see the same tactic in Lebanon. Nasrallah, and Khizb-Allah (party of Allah) is under pressure from Lebanon's outgoing PM Hariri, who has gone into opposition declaring that Khizb-Allah "cannot go on as a separate army." The issue of who controls Lebanon's weapons is on the front burner in Lebanon. As in Jordan, Nasrallah has reverted back to the old Arab stand-by of attempting to blameshift the Lebanese anger to "the Zionists" instead of Khizb-Allah. These are neither threats nor bluster. They are desperate attempts to redirect their populaces' anger away from themselves to "the Zionists." bruno ,   Portugal   (02.16.11)
Finally, someone is saying from what his heart is full of... He's only voicing out what Abbas and Fayyad are saying in diplomatic terms... Just get it, these guys have only one thing in their mind : the destruction of Israel... Forget about land concessions...

I am not surprised, this is the true face of islam.
19. to 6
z ,   Israel   (02.16.11)
Are you that naive to history? Israel, in making peace with Egypt, GAVE away an area of land twice its size with oil resources and direct access to the Suez Canal and the Red Sea. Moreover, the ministers statements have nothing to do with the so-called "oppression" of the Palestinian people. They are blatantly anti-Jewish and anti-Israel. Stick to the story and stop nonsensical rants defending people who are JORDANIAN officials. People like you are disgusting. If you believe that Israel is an oppressive nation than so be it, I'm not going to argue with you on nonsensical points, but when has two wrongs ever made a right, and when have you spoken out against violence towards Israelis, school girls at that? You are disgusting in that you bring in through a nonsequator the Israel-Palestine issue. No part of this is conflated in any way to the general sentiments in the region now. Not to mention that since forever the Arabs have wanted the Jews dead and gone (the Imam of Jerusalem being best friends with Hitler and what not...remember that?).
20. It will not help the Arabs
100% israeli ,   Haifa Israel   (02.16.11)
Arabs can continue to burn Israeli flags, it just does not interest us, Israel is a country today and will be in the future, it's a fact if it's acceptable or not !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
21. Jordan/Israel
Luiz Felipe Haddad ,   Niteroi, Brazil   (02.16.11)
When I visited Jordan, last year, before visiting your country, I verified, with sadness, the bad feelings about Israel. Our tourist guide did not hide it, telling us, for instance, that "jewish culture is violent", "Israel steals water from jordan river" and "you will be disrespected by israelian police". Nothing true. In Israel, our (catholic) group, unanimously, has enjoyed all that was done and that was shown, including Arab Palestine's towns. Because of it, Israel must be firm. No concessions before to be, in fact, recognized by her neighbors.
22. Hmm. Interesting.
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.16.11)
I wonder how Jordan would fare in a shooting match with Israel. They did not do so well last time and, frankly, nothing has changed with respect to the Jordanian military, except perhaps that they aren't as good today as they used to be in the days of Glubb Pasha and the Jordan Legion. Mjali would do well to stop running his mouth.
23. Historically, the Jew in society has been blamed for...
Jehudah Ben-Israel ,   Qatzrin, Israel   (02.16.11)
...just about every ill that exists in society. The Jew could be a capitalist and a bolshevik at the same time, even by the same people. These days, the place of the Jew in society has been substituted by Israel, and Judaism by Zionism, thus Israel and the national liberation movement of the Jewish people, Zionism, are to be blamed for all that is wrong in society, even if the society is a Muslim-Arab one in which Jews are not even permitted to live and acquire real estate...!! Some call it anti-Semitism. I prefer to call it racism, anti-Jewish racism.

30. Reality vs. Fantasy
leo ,   nyc   (02.16.11)
Many on radio and TV in the US continue to dream about the wonderful future that lies ahead for the ME after the latest events. In reality, the public in the Arab world, unrestrained by the moderate dictators, is deeply intent on provoking a war with Israel for no obvious reason (and even at the risk of ruining their own economies)
