31. 28, 29 uses loopy "logic" to get in the back door
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (03.27.11)
sure, that same loopy "logic" used here also asserts that there is this "netZERim cult leader israel must follow. hey, it's LOGICAL so no one can argue with it. don't be weak minded and fall for the ol' bait-and-switch trap of smooth words and duplicitous purposes.
32. #25 ORA
Michael ,   Haifa   (03.27.11)
It is not a question of forgetting myself, but rather a matter of trying to remain sane and forgetting you and your ilk
33. 28 You might be right or not,
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (03.27.11)
i am not an expert in physics. But right now Israel needs more than everything ,unity. Not new interpretations of the Tora.
34. 32 Michael,be less demanding...
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (03.28.11)
and you might succeed.By choosing, or being sane, or forgetting me and my ilk (Jewish religious people) -YOUR ROOTS-
35. its not about rest
masri ,   binyamin   (03.28.11)
i see your point, but its actually prohibited for a non-jew to keep shabbat entirely....shabbat is not just about REST, it is about not doing the melachot....even a goy that is converting must break shabbat by turning on a light, etc - it has nothing to do with rest...when we have a shabbat emergency we have our baby turn on the light etc...because, like a goy, they are not obligated in mitzvot....
36. language
masri ,   binyamin   (03.28.11)
please refrain from lashon hara....especially when talking about a rabbi- even if you dont agree with him - if you dont follow his psak thats fine everyone has their own rabbi to follow
37. Just Get a Kosher Switch
John Stat ,   Boston, MA   (03.29.11)
This will solve many problems http://www.kosherswitch.com/
38. 35,36 Two very large reasons that.....
Eliyahu Konn ,   Powell, OH USA   (03.31.11)
Judaism is laughed at. 1. Teaching against Torah. Nowhere in the Torah is a non-Jew required to break any mitzwah! That includes Shabbat! 2. Everyone has their own rabbi to follow. Also definitely not found in the Torah, written or oral! Recipe for disaster. Use your mind or lose your mind!
39. #36
Dorothy Friend ,   Tel Aviv   (01.19.12)
Rude language is never okay, but it is not less okay because the recipent of it is a rabbi. So he's a rabbi. That does not make him better than anyone else!
