There needs to be a law against ignorance. Get a dictionary. What is apartheid? Hmm? Are there or will there be Jews in Palestine? Are there Arab citizens in Israel? Do they sit on the same buses, eat in the same restaurants, go to the same universities, get treated in the same hospitals? In the UK these PPG guys are boycott obsessed! Recently in North London a couple of these idiots attempted to 'pursuade ' me outside not to buy anything from a Builders Merchant called Jewsons! If the PA wants its own state, Arabs should first demonstrate that they are willing and able to coexist peacefully with a Jewish state. A good way to start is to support and participate in cultural events such as music, theater, athletics, and academics. Boycotting these events does not evince an interest in peaceful coexistence.

As with many institutions in Israel. including energy, education, media etc the Orchestra has been around long before 1948/67 and was working in conjunction with the Mandate on Palestine to create the infrastructure for the Jewish State.
