Israel accepts a two state solution in a desmilitarized Palestinian State with land ajustments. Is exactly what you said. But Palestinians are beating arround the bush. I would not use the term "expel." The Arabs living on the West Bank are Jordanian citizens courtesy of Jordan's Citizenship Law of 1954, which extended Jordanian citizenship to all residents of Judea and Samaria and their progeny irrevocably. Israel will annex Judea and Samaria, and its Arab residents will be repatriated to Jordan. Jordan's population is nearly 80% "Palestinian." I think the better solution would be to make Jordan the "Palestinian" state, as it is three-quarters of the way there already.
