31. To Mr's Sarah B
Luiz Felipe Haddad   (02.25.11)
Dear Mr's Sarah B. You know that, for me, Israel is too important. I admire the Jewish people very much. I remember Six Days War, in 1967, when I was 22 years old. On that occasion, I have defended, firmly, the Hebrew State against Egyptian, Jordan and Syrian aggressions. Israel has won and she was able by International Law, like you said, to enlarge her territory. But not annexing all West Bank. Cities like Rammallah, Bethlehem, Betanya, Jericho and part of Hebron have Arab dwellers. Into your opinion, what must be done for them? Expel to Jordan? It would be harmful for Democracy and for Humanism, ideals that inspirated Israelian creation. Don't you agree with me that a demilitarized Palestinian State, limiting with Israel through new drawed frontiers, will be the best solution? Of course, while the "Pals" don't recognize, in fact, Israel, no concessions. Salute from your Brazilian Christian friend.

now let us see, as you claim in your post, that israel is illegitimate: 1. voted as the state nation of the jewish people considering their historical link to that land in 1947 by the league of nations...the united nations. 2. has a declaration of independence where all religions can be free to practice and exists under one rule. now let us see who we can all claim that are illegally established states" 1. the usa. whites came over and killed most indians and stole their lands. settled on those lands called the usa today 2. turkey annexed part of cyprus illegally. care to comment on that? 3. jordan was born in the middle east as trans jordan first by the brits bringing an arab sheikh from saudi arabia that has never been in palestine or never saw it since he was always from saudi arabia. the mandate instaled him there to rule over arabs of that region. jordan was born exactly as israel. however, the ruler from saudi arabia had no business claiming this land...which by the way was first promised to the jews in the 1800's in basel and san remo treaty of 1920. the brits reneged and stole it and gave it to appease a saudi arabian beduin clan. 4. syria was born the same way after french rule and colonialization by france. so, are you ready to leave the usa now???? after all, the land which you occupy was stolen from the native inhabitants via murder and settlements. part of the land you sit on now was stolen via violent wars the american states foisted on mexico, thereby annexing arizona, california among other states. are you packing your bags yet, antisemite? or are you insisting on living on stolen land? common, be a man. respond. when a person such as yourself gives permission for all other countries to exist EXCEPT ONE THAT IS JEWISH, THAT PERSON IS CALLED AN ANTISEMITE. WHICH YOU FIT TO THE TEE 100% hameed aboughaze, iranian 5.

YES. MY FRIENDS. JEWS ARE SPECIAL. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT YOU, BARBARIANS.
34. #10 AND #11
(02.25.11)
JEWS ARE SPECIAL BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY ACCOMPLISHED IN JUST 63 YEARS. NOT A SINGLE ARAB CULTURE OR COUNTRY EXISTING FOR CENTURIES ACCOMPLISHED THE GENIUS THE JEWS ACCOMPLISHED IN ISRAEL DESPITE TEM NOT HAVING OIL OR ANY RESOURCES AT ALL. YES, INDEED. JEWS ARE MUCH MORE SPECIAL THAN ARABS BECAUSE THEY ARE SMART, THEY WORK HARD AND THEY SUCEEDED DESPITE THE MANY WARS YOUR ARABS FOISTED ON THAT LITTLE COUNTRY. IT IS NOT ISRAEL OR JEWS THAT CAUSE YOUR PROBLEMS. IT IS NOT ISRAEL THAT CAUSES ANY PROBLEMS BETWEEN ARABS. IT IS YOU AND ONLY YOU THAT DO ALL THE DAMAGE TO YOURSELVES. ISRAEL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. I KNOW YOUR LEADERS ALWAYS USED ISRAEL AS AN EXCUSE FOR YOUR PROBLEMS. BUT THEY LIED TO YOU SO THAT YOU WON'T SEE HOW EPRAVED YOUR COUNTRIES HAVE BECOME. 35. graczek @4
25.02.11   (02.25.11)
Peace among arab nations, large and small will NEVER exist. These arabs were born with a dagger between their teeth and their joy is ill-treating anyone, male and female to their liking. If an arab male can rape a western woman he gets another feather in his cap. These people are horrors, period and will never be anything else.
36. To Hameed #32-34..
Steven ,   Rockville, USA   (02.26.11)
Hameed, I enjoyed your straight talk, telling as it is. Please do not expect any logical answer from Graczek and his ilk; they have very limited intelligence, and very low I.Q. I do not believe that Graczek is his real name, and he is not Polish. He is repeating the Hamas/Hezbollah propaganda line, and he does not have a single sentence which is his own. The majority of the Polish people supports Israel, and enjoys their freedom after getting rid the communist rule.

solomon ,   bklyn   (02.26.11)
I mostly agree with your posts. But I must speak up and say there ARE arabs who work hard and succeed. From what I see, however, it's a shame that most residing in the ME are not conducive to doing so or doing so while respecting others who are different.
38. to #4

Before posting, did you read what you have written ? In your own words you say, "exiled Jews". What is wrong in exiled jews returning back to their home land, their rightful place ? How will it become illicit ?

Gustavo CL ,   Belo Horizo., Brazil   (02.26.11)
Another openly racist article in a mainstream Israeli journal. The reason the world hate you as much as they hate is because they don't know you well. If they did know you, they'll hate you even more, granted.

44. to 31 Luis Felipe Haddad
Ari ,   Romania-Israel   (02.26.11)
Israel accepts a two state solution in a desmilitarized Palestinian State with land ajustments. Is exactly what you said. But Palestinians are beating arround the bush. So did Arafat, so did Abbas with Olmert. They wont compromise, all is a big show. THe only thing Israel demands is Security on it's borders and acces to it`s sacred places which Palestinians reject.
45. why the 'obsession with Israel?????
tiki ,   belgium   (02.26.11)
Call it 'Oil & Lifestyle. Ask the 'latest one to go....newly appointed French FM & PM, (the're no exeptions, it's politicians, business people, performers, etc.) who accepted little presents from 'Arab Leaders, and as whe know that "everything has his price, so do the little 'Arab delights. When Israel will have Oil to 'oil some European leaders with gifts & holidays, she will stop being the 'target of the Europeans.
46. #4 Graczek
Madeleine ,   Rehovot Israel   (02.26.11)
Where the hell do you get that Israel exists illegitimately??? And America is legityimate? Orinically populted only by native americans, the English (Puritans) came, the King took control, France and Holland joined the bandeagon, killing thouands of antive Aericans and appropriated their land. So who legitimsed america? Ah, I get it - there was no global media, no Internet, so these things weren't reported so that made it OK. communications of any sort took months to reach europe so who cared? israel has always and ever been a homeland for the Jews even if it was conquored over the millenia by various populations. Go read the San Remo 1922 treaty and stop calling Israel illegitimate. Please. People like you make me puke.

I agree with your overall statement. Please don't lower your standards by calling Graczek an idiot and then adding "with a name like that it doesn't surprise me" Statements like that are beneath you and lessen the validity of the points you make.
53. To: No. 31 - Second Attempt
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.26.11)
I would not use the term "expel." The Arabs living on the West Bank are Jordanian citizens courtesy of Jordan's Citizenship Law of 1954, which extended Jordanian citizenship to all residents of Judea and Samaria and their progeny irrevocably. Israel will annex Judea and Samaria, and its Arab residents will be repatriated to Jordan. Jordan's population is nearly 80% "Palestinian." I think the better solution would be to make Jordan the "Palestinian" state, as it is three-quarters of the way there already. Whether Jordan chooses to keep the monarchy and keep the name of the country would be up to the people. Demilitarized? Hard to enforce -- you need look no further than Lebanon to see how well demilitarization works. Ultimately, though, doesn't it all boil down to international law and international precedent? Israel acquired non-sovereign territory in the course of fighting -- and winning -- a defensive war against Jordan. There have been six wars, all started by the Arabs, all won by Israel. There have been seven decades of unrelenting Arab terror on an unparalleled scale, visited both against Jews in Israel and Jews in the Diaspora. That has to count for something, Mr. Haddad. The international community seems to feel that Israel is the cause of all the problems in the Middle East. That is simply not true, as can readily be seen from the wave of civil unrest washing over the Arab and Moslem states in the Middle East. Of all the grievances expressed by the protesters, not one -- NOT A SINGLE ONE -- has to do with Israel and/or the ersatz "Palestinians." It is time for the ersatz "Palestinians" to face reality. Having failed to take advantage of each and every opportunity presented to them to effect a two-state solution, they are fresh out of chances. It is time for them to take ownership of their bad decisions, acknowledge that they have made mistakes which can no longer be rectified and move on. That is just how it is. Israel should not be made to pay the price for ersatz "Palestinian" violence, ersatz "Palestinian" intransigence and ersatz "Palestinian" stupidity.

then i am truly sorry for you that you didn't understand at all the answer i gave. again, telling anything to an unintelligent person that accuses others of being unintelligent in their answers is futile. please read my post again. maybe you need tutoring in reading comprehension? what grade are you in? hameed aboughaze, iranian
55. To Madeleine and others - on "graczek"
FG   (02.26.11)
He is a demented and vicious ultra-antisemite justifying his bigoted racism against Jews on his Christian, probably Polish Catholic heritage and upbringing. He is a so-called "supercessionist", the crudest form of theological Xtian antisemitism, which teaches that Jews are no longer God's children since they by their "rottenness" have lost His grace. This is this "man". He is certainly a lunatic obsessed with Israel. Do you know for example that not only here, but on JPost and other Israeli sites he pollutes the threads with antisemitic abomination? If not, just told you so. I hope this time I'll not be cesnored. Free speech, folks, free speech!
56. Very sophisticated article!
berlonski ,   berlin   (02.26.11)
The way of reasoning of Mr. Segal regarding geographically huge and tiny countries and his with it connected "philosophical thoughts" remind me of the discussion level - sorry - when I was at elementary school. Reading this article I wouldn't be surprised if he suggested that because of reasons of territory and population deporting all Israeli Arabs and Palestinians to huge, empty and anyway Arabic Libya would create a bit more justice in this unfair world.

Is anton your real name ? or you are a muslim, hiding behind anton, because Turkey, expelled most of the antons from turkey in the last century, the greek Archibishop, the leader of hundreds of millions of ortodox Greeks, has to be costantly guarded against turkish patriots, who wish to kill him,so much, for turkish tolerance, concerning the pals, the gaza strip is ruled by a democratically elected government, who fires qasams on Israel and kidnaped a soldier,if the pals stop firing qasams on Israel, and return the kidnaped soldier, they can enjoy their sharia paradise,in the west bank the Jewish towns were build on land purchased with good cash,or on public land dating back to times of the turks, the issue isn't land, but revenge, to muslims revenge is more important, than to feed the family.
